DJ Roosta

DJ Roosta is a professional mobile DJ with Festival Energy. Originally only known throughout Long Island as DJ Roosta, Phillip Ramos has spent over two decades delivering unforgettable nightlife experiences to clubs, radio audiences, private parties, and packed dance floors across New York.

He built his reputation with a highenergy mixing style, a deep love for old-school reggae, hip-hop, freestyle, and today’s hottest club hits, and a natural ability to read a crowd within seconds. His passion for music led him to the airwaves as the host of “Weekend Vibes” on Party 105.3, where he brought true club energy to listeners every Saturday and Sunday from 4PM– 8PM. DJ Roosta has turned house parties, weddings, corporate events, into full festivals with high scale nightclub productions — featuring a professional DJ talent, immersive lighting, and his crowd-favorite LED dancing robot, Robotech-1000.

His mission is simple: bring the nightclub life from any decade straight to your event. Now beginning an exciting new chapter, DJ Roosta has officially joined Conway Entertainment in Albany, NY, expanding his reach throughout the Capital Region.

With the same Long Island hustle, radio-tested skills, and club-level energy, he’s ready to elevate events across Upstate New York with unmatched professionalism and crowdmoving performances. From Long Island to Albany, DJ Roosta isn’t just playing music — he’s creating moments, memories, and dance floors that never stop moving.

Today, Roosta is proud to be part of the Conway Entertainment family, bringing his talents to weddings, school events, corporate celebrations, nightlife, backyard parties, and just about any event where great music matters. No matter the crowd or setting, he’s known for adapting his style to the moment and delivering a seamless mix that keeps the energy high.

Though he’s fluent in all genres, his roots in Reggae, Dancehall, and Soca give his sets a unique flavor that fans instantly recognize.

Looking ahead, Roosta aims to bring his sound to even bigger stages. Whether he’s behind the decks at an intimate party or a packed venue, his mission never changes: create moments people will remember long after the music stops. DJ Roosta delivers high-energy DJ performances backed by over two decades of club and radio experience.
